目前我国已通过了世界卫生组织 (WHO)西太平洋区关于中国无脊髓灰质炎 (脊灰 )的认证。但近几年在实验室监测中发现了为数不少的脊灰疫苗相关株病毒。经逆转录 -聚合酶链反应 (RT -PCR)、限制性酶切片段长度多态性分析 (RFLP)和核苷酸序列分析证实 ,在我国存在不同型别脊灰疫苗衍生株间的重组病毒 ,以及同一型别脊灰疫苗株病毒基因组核苷酸序列的差异。最近从江苏省 1996年和 1998年的急性弛缓性麻痹病例粪便标本中 ,各分离到 2株Ⅰ型脊灰病毒 ,经鉴定 ,这 4株病毒均为同源Ⅰ型脊灰疫苗的衍生株病毒。证明江苏省曾有Ⅰ型脊灰疫苗衍生株病毒在自然界循环。

Reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis (RFLP) and nucleotide sequence analysis confirmed that in our country there are different types of poliovirus-derived strains of recombinant virus , And the difference in the nucleotide sequence of the virus of the same type of polio vaccine strain. Recently, two strains of type Ⅰ poliovirus were isolated from the stool samples of acute flaccid paralysis cases in Jiangsu Province in 1996 and 1998 respectively. These 4 strains of viruses were all identified as homologous type Ⅰ poliovirus strains . Proved that there was a type I polio vaccine derived virus in Jiangsu Province in nature cycle.
