目的:建立以HPLC法测定郁安开窍胶囊中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:SHISEIDO ODS C_(18)(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm)分析柱。流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.2),柱温:30℃,检测波长:315 nm,流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1)。结果:黄芩苷进样量在0.068～2.025μg范围内线性良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.34%,RSD=1.76%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便,准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Yuan Kaiqiao capsule. Methods: Column: SHISEIDO ODS C_ (18) (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) analytical column. The mobile phase was methanol - water - phosphoric acid (47:53: 0.2). The column temperature was 30 ℃, the detection wavelength was 315 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1. Results: The baicalin injection showed good linearity (r = 0.999 9) in the range of 0.068-2.025 μg with an average recovery of 99.34% and RSD = 1.76% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
