自1967年Rosmbaum 氏提出左束支前、后分支阻滞的概念以来,对其临床意义已有相当了解。但电轴左偏(LAD)和左前分支阻滞(LAH)的关系,LAD 能否作为冠心病诊断的一个指标,LAH 的存在是否能予示可能发生LAH 和冠心病,或予示其它有关疾病的发生或进展,尚需深入观察和研究。我院自1969年至1984年15年间保存的21,383份心电图中,符合LAH 诊断的177例(0.82%).现将这177例的材料分析讨论如下。
Since 1967, Rosmbaum proposed the concept of left anterior branch and posterior branch block, its clinical significance has been well understood. However, whether left anterior axis (LAD) and left anterior branch block (LAH) are related to whether LAD can be used as an index in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, whether the presence of LAH can indicate LAH and coronary heart disease or other related diseases The occurrence or progress, still need in-depth observation and research. Of the 21,383 electrocardiograms saved in our hospital over the 15 years from 1969 to 1984, 177 were diagnosed with LAH (0.82%). The 177 material analyzes are now discussed below.
