首先在总结以往文献的基础上提出了高层支持、文化影响、资源配备、技术准备、系统设计与配置、员工培训、项目管理、变革管理和系统供应商售后服务九大成功推行ERP的关键因素,然后在此基础上详细记录和分析了一家中国小型饲料企业推行ERP系统的具体失败过程。最后还为ERP从业人员提出了五项具体实施建议。
First of all, on the basis of summarizing the previous literature, the key factors for the successful implementation of ERP are: senior support, cultural influence, resource allocation, technical preparation, system design and configuration, staff training, project management, change management, and system supplier after-sales service. Then based on this detailed record and analysis of a Chinese small feed company to implement the ERP system failure process. Finally, it also put forward five specific implementation suggestions for ERP practitioners.
