1 引言 在EPMA中,计算电离截面、吸收修正和原子序数修正时,物理参数平均电离能J值的影响是重要的。Heinrich and Yakowitz(1970)曾估计过,由于J的选择可以使强度K比减少10%的误差。因此对J需要认真地考虑。
1 Introduction In EPMA, it is important to account for the effect of the J-value of the average ionization energy of the physical parameters in the calculation of the ionisation cross section, absorption correction and atomic number correction. Heinrich and Yakowitz (1970) have estimated that the choice of J can reduce the intensity K ratio by 10%. Therefore, J should be carefully considered.
