宁波科元塑胶有限公司成立于2007年4月,公司投资建设的7万吨/年溶液丁苯橡胶工程作为浙江省B类重点工程项目,是专业生产SIS、SBS的现代化企业。公司严格控制原辅料的各种成份指标和产品质量,对产品的整个生产工艺过程控制精益求精;与美国希马克资本公司战略合作提高公司的知名度和凝聚力,打造海外上市的亮点。本文对公司的竞争战略内容进行具体的评价,并提出不足,对公司未来发展有一定借鉴意义。
Ningbo Ke Yuan Plastic Co., Ltd. was established in April 2007, the company invested 70,000 tons / year of solution styrene-butadiene rubber project as a key project of Zhejiang Province Class B, is a professional production of SIS, SBS’s modern enterprise. Strict control of the company raw and auxiliary ingredients of various components and product quality, product quality control throughout the production process excellence; strategic cooperation with the United States Xi Mark Capital Corporation to enhance the company’s visibility and cohesion, to create a bright spot overseas listing.
