臭椿(Ailanthus altissima swingle)适应性强,生长快,分布栽培区域广,是我国长江流域以北重要的造林绿化树种。然而臭椿基因资源的挖掘保存以及臭椿在多种生态环境条件下所形成的种群差异的选择利用,至今尚缺少系统的研究。树种群体的地理变异是林木选择育种的基础。开展臭椿种源研究正是为揭示种内群体间的遗传分化,从而提高臭椿选种遗传效益的重要手段。为此我们于198d年起着手收集臭椿自然分布范围内的试验用种,1986年开始进行臭椿种源的育苗试验,现将苗期阶段试验结果综述如下。
Ailanthus altissima swingle is adaptable, fast growing and widely distributed and cultivated. It is an important afforestation tree species in the north of the Yangtze River valley in China. However, there is still no systematic research on the selection and utilization of the genetic resources of Ailanthus altissima and the selection and utilization of population differences caused by Ailanthus altissima under a variety of ecological conditions. Geographical variation of tree species is the basis of tree selection and breeding. To carry out Ailanthus altissima germplasm resources research is to reveal the intraspecific genetic differentiation, thereby enhancing the genetic selection Aitai important means. To this end, we started to collect the test species within the natural distribution range of Ailanthus altissima in 198d. The seedling experiment of Ailanthus altissima provenance was started in 1986, and the results of the seedling phase test are summarized as follows.
