目的观察芭尔糖和其主要成分赤藓糖醇对昆明小鼠和KKay糖尿病小鼠糖代谢的影响。方法将昆明小鼠和KKay糖尿病小鼠各按空腹血糖随机分为2组,每组15只,分别进行以下实验:1)葡萄糖耐量实验:赤藓糖醇组给予赤藓糖醇2mg/g+葡萄糖2mg/g,对照组仅给予葡萄糖2mg/g;2)淀粉耐量实验:赤藓糖醇组给予赤藓糖醇2mg/g+淀粉2mg/g,对照组仅给予淀粉2mg/g。比较各时间点血糖和血糖曲线下面积;3)餐后胰岛素水平测定实验:芭尔糖组给予芭尔糖2mg/g+淀粉2mg/g,赤藓糖醇组给予赤藓糖醇2mg/g+淀粉2mg/g,对照组给予淀粉2mg/g,测定灌胃后1h血胰岛素水平。结果赤藓糖醇组与葡萄糖组比较,无论正常小鼠还是糖尿病小鼠,餐后0.5h的血糖较对照组都有明显下降。赤藓糖醇组与淀粉组比较,正常小鼠餐后0.5h血糖和糖尿病小鼠餐后1h血糖有明显降低作用,无论正常小鼠还是糖尿病小鼠,赤藓糖醇餐后血糖曲线下面积较淀粉组明显下降。与淀粉组比较,芭尔糖组和赤藓糖醇组对昆明小鼠和KKay小鼠餐后1h血胰岛素的分泌作用均无统计学差异。结论芭尔糖及其主要组分不升高餐后血糖,甚至降低餐后血糖和血糖曲线下面积,不增加胰岛素分泌。
Objective To observe the effects of barn sugar and its main component erythritol on glucose metabolism in Kunming mice and KKay diabetic mice. Methods Kunming mice and KKay diabetic mice were randomly divided into two groups according to their fasting blood glucose, 15 rats in each group. The following experiments were performed: 1) Glucose tolerance test: erythritol group was given erythritol 2mg / g + glucose 2mg / g in the control group and 2mg / g in the control group. 2) Starch tolerance test: Erythritol group was given 2mg / g erythritol and 2mg / g starch, while the control group was given only 2mg / g starch. 3) The determination of postprandial insulin level: Baer sugar group was given 2mg / g of barreling sugar and 2mg / g starch, erythritol group was given erythritol 2mg / g + starch 2mg / g, the control group was given starch 2mg / g, determination of gavage 1h blood insulin levels. Results Erythritol group compared with glucose group, whether normal or diabetic mice, 0.5h postprandial blood glucose levels were significantly lower than the control group. Erythritol group compared with the starch group, 0.5h postprandial blood glucose in normal mice and 1h postprandial blood glucose in diabetic mice significantly reduced, regardless of normal mice or diabetic mice, the area under the postprandial blood glucose curve of erythritol Compared with the starch group decreased significantly. Compared with the starch group, there was no significant difference in the secretion of insulin between the Baltar group and the erythritol group at 1h postprandial of Kunming mice and KKay mice. Conclusion Barr sugar and its major components do not increase postprandial blood glucose, and even reduce the area under the postprandial blood glucose and blood glucose curves, without increasing insulin secretion.
