民航气象人员的培训包括每年新员工的岗前培训;在职员工的岗位培训、外派培训、与同行间的交流;为航空气象用户的换季培训、新设备、新规范的使用培训等。本文重点讨论的是通过多样的培训任务、培训机会,充分利用现有的师资力量,将培训效果最大化,规范培训方式,固化培训流程,不断提升培训及受训人员的综合素质。
The training of civil aviation meteorological personnel includes the pre-job training of new employees every year; the job training of on-the-job staffs, the training of expatriates, and the exchange with their counterparts; and the training of quarterly training of aeronautical meteorological users and the training of new equipment and new norms. This article focuses on the discussion through a variety of training tasks, training opportunities, make full use of existing teachers, to maximize the effectiveness of training, standardized training methods, curing training process, and continuously improve the overall quality of trainees and trainees.
