[目的]了解、分析四川省食品中铅、镉、汞、铝等金属的污染状况,为制定相应控制措施提供依据。[方法]2009年在四川省10个城市对11种食品690份进行铅、镉、汞、铝污染状况监测。[结果]食品中铅、镉、汞、铝含量的合格率分别为:97.74%,93.10%,92.14%,66%。[结论]四川省食品中金属污染的情况较普遍,部分食品存在金属超标现象,尤其油炸面制食品中铝污染问题较为严重,对此应加大监测、监管力度。
[Objective] To understand and analyze the pollution status of lead, cadmium, mercury, aluminum and other metals in food in Sichuan Province and provide the basis for formulating corresponding control measures. [Method] In 2009, the pollution status of lead, cadmium, mercury and aluminum in 690 samples of 11 kinds of food in 10 cities in Sichuan Province was monitored. [Result] The pass rates of lead, cadmium, mercury and aluminum in food were 97.74%, 93.10%, 92.14% and 66% respectively. [Conclusion] The situation of metal pollution in food was rather common in Sichuan Province. Some foods had excessive metal, especially aluminum in fried noodles. The problem of aluminum pollution should be strengthened. Monitoring and supervision should be strengthened.
