目前我国绿色债券尚处于起步阶段,尚未建立专门的绿色债券评估机构,存在认证依据、项目评估标准、信息披露范围等内容不明确等问题。建议选用公信力高、技术强、独立客观公正的评估认证机构,通过制定系统化的绿色债券评估标准和流程,规范绿色债券评估认证工作的信息披露和持续跟踪评估机制。 At present, China’s green bonds are still in its infancy, and no special green bond assessment institution has been set up yet. Issues such as certification basis, project evaluation criteria and the scope of information disclosure are not clear. It is suggested that an assessment and certification body with high credibility, strong technical skills and independent objective and fairness be selected to standardize the information disclosure and continuous follow-up evaluation mechanism of green bond assessment and certification by formulating systematic green bond assessment standards and procedures.
