图像融合作为一项先进技术被引入到生物细胞图像处理中,可实现图像的信息融合,完成图像配准,提高图像置信度,改善检测性能和空间分辨能力,最大限度地发掘细胞图像的信息资源。本文采用像素级的图像融合方法,将细胞荧光图像和透射图像信息融为一体,操作简便,能准确判断细胞内部荧光位置,有利于分析其生物机理和含义。
As an advanced technology, image fusion is introduced into biological cell image processing, which can realize image information fusion, complete image registration, improve image confidence, improve detection performance and spatial resolution, and maximize the information resources of cell images . In this paper, a pixel-level image fusion method is used to integrate the fluorescence images of the cells with the transmitted image information, which is easy to operate and can accurately determine the fluorescence position inside the cells, which is beneficial to analyze the biological mechanism and meaning.
