目的分析间日疟原虫现症感染者外周血中NK、γδ T细胞、CD4+CD25+T淋巴细胞及其FOXP3的表达情况,以初步了解患者的一些细胞免疫特性。方法用流式细胞仪检测25例间日疟原虫现症感染者(AC)、13例免疫对照者(IC)及14例正常对照者(NC)外周血中NK、γδT细胞和CD4+CD25+T淋巴细胞的百分含量,同时观察CD4+CD25+T细胞中表达FOXP3群体的百分含量。结果AC组外周血NK细胞百分含量为8.48%,与NC组(15.53%)及IC组(17.69%)比较,明显降低(P均<0.05);AC组外周血γδ T细胞、CD4+CD25+T细胞百分含量分别为4.32%和5.42%,较NC组(2.55%和3.94%)及IC组(2.70%和3.44%)明显升高(P均<0.05);AC组外周血CD4+CD25+T淋巴细胞中表达FOXP3的细胞数量为8.14%,低于NC组的11.09%及IC组的11.32%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论间日疟原虫急性感染期患者外周血NK细胞数量减少,但γδ T淋巴细胞增加;CD4+CD25+T淋巴细胞中表达FOXP3群体的细胞稍有降低。
Objective To analyze the expression of NK, γδ T cells, CD4 + CD25 + T lymphocytes and FOXP3 in the peripheral blood of patients infected with Plasmodium vivax so as to understand some cellular immune characteristics of patients. Methods Flow Cytometry was used to detect NK, γδT cells and CD4 + CD25 + T cells in peripheral blood of 25 cases of Plasmodium vivax (AC), 13 immune control (IC) and 14 normal controls (NC) T lymphocytes percentage, while observing the percentage of CD4 + CD25 + T cells expressing FOXP3 population. Results The percentage of NK cells in peripheral blood of AC group was 8.48%, which was significantly lower than that of NC group (15.53%) and IC group (17.69%) (P <0.05). The levels of γδ T cells, CD4 + CD25 + T cells were 4.32% and 5.42% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in NC group (2.55% and 3.94%) and IC group (2.70% and 3.44% The number of FOXP3-expressing cells in CD25 + T lymphocytes was 8.14%, which was lower than 11.09% in NC group and 11.32% in IC group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The number of NK cells in the peripheral blood of patients with acute Plasmodium vivax decreased, but γδ T lymphocytes increased. The cells expressing FOXP3 in CD4 + CD25 + T lymphocytes decreased slightly.
