本文采用培养法检测127例男性不育症和45例生育者尿道分泌物中的解脲支原体,阳性率分别为37.8%和11.1%。精子形态异常组(畸形>30%)和精子密度偏低组(<0.4亿/ml)其解脲支原体检出率分别为57.7%和51.0%,表明生殖道感染与男性不育症存在密切关系。提示采用尿道分泌物和精浆检测解脲支原体的效果基本一致。此法取材方便,简单,具有实用性。48例阳性不育患者经使用强力霉素、四环素、美满霉素治疗2~4周,精子数量和精子活动度均有显著提高,精子异常率降低,随访18天~3个月其中有25%(12/48)对夫妇怀孕生育。
Ureaplasma urealyticum in 127 cases of male infertility and 45 cases of urethral secretions of reproductive organs were detected by culture method. The positive rates were 37.8% and 11.1% respectively. The detection rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum was 57.7% and 51.0% respectively in the groups with abnormal sperm morphology (30% deformity) and low sperm density (<40 million / ml), indicating that there is a close relationship between genital tract infection and male infertility . Tip urethral discharge and seminal plasma detection of Ureaplasma urealyticum effect is basically the same. This method is convenient, simple, practical. 48 cases of positive infertility patients treated with doxycycline, tetracycline, minocycline for 2 to 4 weeks, sperm count and sperm motility were significantly increased, sperm abnormalities decreased, followed up for 18 days to 3 months of which 25% (12/48) couples are pregnant.
