采用X射线衍射法和盲孔法对相同成形工艺下相同尺寸GH4169合金、TC4合金环件的残余应力进行测试。结果表明,材料的属性对工件残余应力的分布及大小有显著影响;距离TC4合金环件表面2.5mm深处残余压应力数值范围为100~180 MPa,且无明显的周期性变化;在相同条件下,TC4合金环件的残余应力明显小于GH4169合金环件的残余应力。
X-ray diffraction and blind hole method were used to test the residual stress of GH4169 alloy and TC4 alloy ring under the same forming process. The results show that the properties of the material have a significant effect on the distribution and size of the residual stress of the workpiece. The residual compressive stress at a depth of 2.5mm from the surface of the TC4 alloy ring is in the range of 100-180 MPa with no obvious periodic change. Under the same conditions , The TC4 alloy ring residual stress is significantly less than the residual stress of GH4169 alloy ring.
