近年来,北京电力设备总厂为适应内外部环境变化,积极调整生产经营战略,不断改进内部管理运营水平,各项管理工作特别是人力资源管理及薪酬分配管理工作取得了显著的进步,为企业实现战略发展目标提供了良好的保障。但也应看到企业在人力资源架构及薪酬分配体系方面仍存在一些不足之处,影响了干部职工的激励作用和生产积极性,制约着企业进一步发展的潜力。从企业人力资源架构及薪酬分配体系现状出发,分析了现实存在的问题,结合企业人力资源变革行动计划的开展,提出了应对策略和解决问题的思路建议,为企业更好的开展人力资源管理工作提供更多的想法与思路。
