双酚A是典型的环境内分泌干扰物,痕量的双酚A也会对生物体造成很大的危害。本文介绍了预组装法,自组装法以及牺牲空间法制备双酚A分子印迹聚合物以及在固相萃取中的具体应用。结果表明,BPA-MIPs-SCSE能有效吸附分离样品中的双酚A,回收率高,特异吸附效果强。
Bisphenol A is a typical environmental endocrine disruptors, trace amounts of bisphenol A can also cause great harm to the organism. This article describes the preparation of bisphenol A molecularly imprinted polymers prepared by the methods of pre-assembly, self-assembly and sacrificial space, as well as their applications in solid-phase extraction. The results showed that BPA-MIPs-SCSE could effectively adsorb and separate bisphenol A from the sample, with high recovery rate and strong specific adsorption.
