In 2003, under the unfavorable conditions of rampant domestic atypical pneumonia and the surge of foreign trade protectionism, Shanghai’s export trade still achieved remarkable results, marking a period of time when Shanghai’s export trade entered a new stage of development after accession to the WTO. First, the performance of Shanghai’s foreign trade has been remarkable in recent years
