随着经济的发展,保险的作用日益突出。作为保险业的重要组成部分,人寿保险对满足个人和家庭的生存、生活和发展等多层次需要,维护社会和谐发展都具有十分重要的作用。然而,由于我国保险业历史不长,管理经验不足,加之受计划经济体制的影响,发展水平不高。中国寿险业出现了增长变缓的趋势。中国市场无论是从深度、密度、人均保单的拥有量等均具有巨大的潜在需求和购买力。因此,有必要考虑寿险营销策略和管理是否存在着问题。
With the economic development, the role of insurance has become increasingly prominent. As an important part of the insurance industry, life insurance plays an important role in meeting the multi-level needs of individuals and families in living, living and developing, and in maintaining social harmony and development. However, due to the short history of China’s insurance industry and the lack of management experience, coupled with the impact of the planned economy, the level of development is not high. China’s life insurance industry showed a trend of slowing down. The Chinese market has tremendous potential demand and purchasing power, both in terms of depth, density and ownership of per capita policies. Therefore, it is necessary to consider whether there are problems with the life insurance marketing strategy and management.
