采用渗流铸造法,利用不同颗粒大小的食盐粒子作为预制体,制备了两种孔径的开孔泡沫铝,孔隙率达70%以上。分别应用扫描电镜、等离子体质谱仪、压汞仪对其形貌、元素组成、孔隙率及孔径分布等性能进行了测试与分析。结果表明:通过调整食盐粒子的大小可以制得不同孔径的开孔泡沫铝;两种泡沫铝的孔径分布比较均匀,小孔径泡沫铝的孔隙率比大孔径泡沫铝高,其中小孔径泡沫铝孔径为41.95μm,孔隙率为72.50%。
By using the seepage casting method and using salt particles with different particle sizes as the preform, two kinds of open-cell aluminum foams with pore sizes of over 70% were prepared. The morphology, elemental composition, porosity and pore size distribution were tested and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, plasma mass spectrometry and mercury porosimetry, respectively. The results show that the aperture aluminum foam with different pore sizes can be prepared by adjusting the size of the salt particles. The pore sizes of the two aluminum foams are relatively uniform. The porosity of the small pore aluminum foam is higher than that of the large aperture aluminum foam. Is 41.95 μm and the porosity is 72.50%.
