Gehino is a domestically produced Navebine.NVB produced by Lianyungang Howson. It is a vinblastine alkaloid that exerts anti-cancer activity by inhibiting the assembly of microtubules leading to the termination of the G2 phase of the cancer cell proliferation cycle and the mid-term mitosis of the M phase. In the case of untreated non-small cell lung cancer, the efficacy of a single drug can reach 14 to 30%. In December 1994, the U.S. FDA approved the use of single drug or cisplatin as a single drug.
