小型猪在解剖、生理、生化等方面与人具有很高的相似性,国外采用小型猪用于药物安全性评价的实验研究越来越多.但是,由于背景数据、操作和动物来源等原因,小型猪在药物安全性评价整体上使用比例偏低,国内也很少使用.随着药物研发的步伐加快,小型猪在疾病模型和人类毒性预测等方面的种属优势越来越明显,已初步显示出优于犬并代替犬进行安全性评价的趋势,未来小型猪极可能是最具有预测能力的实验动物之一.本文旨在阐明小型猪的种属比较优势,促进国内小型猪在早期药物筛和临床前安全性评价研究中的应用.“,”Minipig closely resembles human in many features of anatomy,physiology,and biochemistry,thus increasingly being used as testing models in nonclinical drug safety evaluation.However,due to reasons such as background data,operations and animal sources,minipig has not been widely accepted and used in toxic testing.With advantages superior to dog,minipig has been considered to be a very good model for human and shown potential of replacing dog for drug safety evaluation,which indicating that minipig may become the most predictive animal species in the near future.This article reviewed the comparative advantages of minipig among the animal species,aimed to call for promoting utilization of minipig in domestic drug screen in early stage and preclinical evaluation in late stage of drug development.
