本文涉及了微功耗电子时间引信的若干问题。它讨论和提出了采用CMOS集成线路的微功耗引信方案。由于采用了这种类型的器件,达到微功耗的水平。此线路具有装定、存储、读出、核对和重写等多种功能,它靠控制电路依次地获得实现。文中还提出了上述线路方案的实验结果。其结果表明线路的逻辑设计是正确的,它具备了预期的逻辑功能。然而,此线路方案有时还存在误翻转现象。
This article addresses several issues with micro-power electronic time fuzes. It discusses and proposes a micropower fuze scheme using CMOS integrated circuits. Due to the use of this type of device, the level of micro-power is reached. This circuit has a fixed set, storage, read out, check and rewrite a variety of functions, which rely on the control circuit in turn to achieve. The article also proposed the experimental results of the above line program. The results show that the logical design of the line is correct, it has the expected logic function. However, there are sometimes mistakes in this line scheme.
