用三阶段数据包络分析(DEA)模型对2013年我国31个省市区工业效率进行评估分析,结果表明:在不考虑科技研发因素、文化教育因素、污染治理因素和资本结构因素影响的情况下,我国工业综合技术效率总体水平较低,大部分省市区工业效率处于“低技术效率、高规模效率型”。从地域上看,我国工业效率存在较大的差异,即东部最优,中部次之,西部最差。现阶段,与发达国家相比,我国工业企业经营理念与管理方式比较滞后、经营管理水平较低,是我国多数省市区工业企业首要解决的问题。
The three-phase data envelopment analysis (DEA) model was used to evaluate and analyze the industrial efficiency in 31 provinces and municipalities in China in 2013. The results show that without considering the influence of science and technology research and development, culture and education, pollution control and capital structure Under the overall level of China’s industrial comprehensive technical efficiency is low, most of the provinces and cities industrial efficiency in the “low-tech efficiency, high-efficiency type.” From a geographical point of view, there is a big difference in China’s industrial efficiency, that is, the eastern part is the best, the middle part is the second, and the western part is the worst. At this stage, compared with the developed countries, China’s industrial enterprises lag behind their business philosophy and management methods and their operation and management levels are relatively low, which is the primary solution to industrial enterprises in most provinces and cities in China.
