目的探讨螺旋CT扫描后三维重建的影像特点和诊断价值。方法对37例腰椎峡部裂患者进行螺旋CT扫描后,行各种三维技术重建。结果轴位原始图像对骨赘、瘢痕增生、椎间盘病变等征像显示清晰;矢状面、45°斜矢状面、反角度(平行于椎弓)平面所使用的任意平面重建、最大密度投影及以沿椎弓画出的曲面图像对峡部裂的显示率均达到100%;表面重建图像在显示峡部裂方面不及最大密度投影、多平面重建及曲面重建图像,但图像直观,且在显示骨赘和椎体滑脱方面效果良好。结论螺旋CT三维重建对腰椎椎弓峡部裂及其所引起的相关改变具有良好的显示效果,为临床治疗方案的的选择提供可靠依据。
Objective To investigate the imaging features and diagnostic value of 3D reconstruction after spiral CT. Methods Thirty-seven patients with lumbar spondylolysis underwent spiral CT scan and reconstructed with various three-dimensional techniques. Results The axial images showed clear signs of osteophyte, scar hyperplasia and intervertebral disc disease. Conclusion Three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT has a good effect on lumbar spondylolysis and its related changes, and provides a reliable basis for the selection of clinical treatment options.
