Loss of heterozygosity for human chromosome 11 (LOH) occurs in many malignancies. Loss of heterozygosity (11 q LOH) in the long arm of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma chromosome 11 is also high. The purpose of this study was to examine the presence of a tumor suppressor gene associated with oral cancer on chromosome 11 and to construct a common deletion map of the chromosome. 31 cases of oral cancer patients were taken before the biopsy specimens, and histopathological grading and clinical TNM staging, of which 4 cases were simultaneously lymph node metastases specimens.
