目的 研究艾附暖宫丸的功效与其含有的化学成份的关系。方法 用AAS法和ICP—AES法测定艾附暖宫丸中锌、铜等12 种金属元素的含量。结果 铁的含量远大于植物类中药中铁元素含量的理论均值,锌的含量和理论均值接近,锰、铜、钒、镍、钴等元素的含量低于理论均值。结论 艾附暖宫丸的功效与其可以补充患者体内适量的铁、锌、铜、锰、铬、镍元素和川芎嗪、香附子烯I等有关。
Objective To study the relationship between the efficacy of Aiwa Nuangong pill and the chemical components it contains. Methods AAS and ICP-AES were used to determine the contents of 12 kinds of metal elements such as zinc and copper in Aibu Warmong Pills. Results The content of iron was far greater than the theoretical average value of iron in Chinese herbal medicines. The content of zinc was close to the theoretical average, and the contents of manganese, copper, vanadium, nickel, cobalt and other elements were lower than the theoretical average. Conclusion The efficacy of Aifu Nuangong Pill is related to the amount of iron, zinc, copper, manganese, chromium, nickel, tetramethylpyrazine, and aconitone I in the patient’s body.
