本研究以高产高淀粉玉米育种为主攻方向,选用15个淀粉含量较高及农艺性状优良、产量较高的自交系,以高淀粉玉米品种四单19为对照。采用NC Ⅱ遗传交配设计方法进行组配,对54个杂交组合的淀粉含量及其它品质性状、农艺性状与对照进行比较分析。以期筛选出高产高淀粉含量的优良玉米杂交组合,并对其15个亲本优良自交系的各品质及农艺性状进行配合力测定。进而进行总配合力效应的聚类分析,同时采用SRAP分子标记技术进
