本实验用同种异体大鼠胰组织匀浆腹腔内注射的方法，制备胰源性肺损伤的大鼠模型，并在此基础上，予泻下通腑中药治疗，观察比较７２小时后模型组与治疗组的动物肺脏病理变化。结果表明：模型组与治疗组之间差别显著，治疗组的肺脏病理改变明显减轻，（Ｐ＜０．０５）且死亡率有所下降，但死亡率与模型组比较（Ｐ＞０．０５）．中药泻下通腑治疗，不仅改善肠道功能，还具有保护肺脏免受损害的作用
