目的初步统计云浮地区体检人群人类疱疹病毒(EB病毒)的感染率,了解本地区EB病毒的感染情况。方法回顾性分析2013年5月~2016年7月到本院体检中心体检的12201例EB病毒壳抗原-免疫球蛋白A(VCA-IgA)抗体的检测结果。EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体均用酶联免疫间接法检测。采用SPSS22.0统计学软件对实验数据进行分析。结果 12201例标本中,男性EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体阳性率为4.58%,女性为6.32%,男女性阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=16.704,P<0.01)。不同年龄组EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=62.504,P<0.01)。不同年龄组阳性率除了40~49岁组比30~39岁组稍降外,其他年龄组阳性率均随年龄增长而增加,年龄相差越大,阳性率差别就越大。男性不同年龄组EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=55.797,P<0.01),随着年龄的增长EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体阳性率增高。女性不同年龄组EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=19.845,P=0.001<0.01)。相同年龄组女性阳性率均高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本地区EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体的阳性率与性别和年龄都有一定的关系,明确50岁以上的人群应作为本地区重点筛查对象。女性人群也要重视对EB病毒感染的筛查。
Objective To estimate the infection rate of human herpesvirus (Epstein-Barr virus) in Yunfu area and to find out the prevalence of Epstein-Barr virus infection in this area. Methods The results of 12201 cases of Epstein-Barr virus antigen antibody immunoglobulin A (VCA-IgA) antibody were analyzed retrospectively from May 2013 to July 2016 in our physical examination center. EBV VCA-IgA antibodies were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the experimental data. Results The positive rate of VCA-IgA antibody in EBV was 4.58% in men and 12.21% in female. The positive rate of VCA-IgA was 6.32% in male. The positive rate of VCA-IgA was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 16.704, P <0.01). The positive rate of VCA-IgA antibody in different age groups was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 62.504, P <0.01). The positive rates of different age groups except 40 to 49 years old group than the 30 to 39 years old group decreased, the other age group positive rate increases with age, the greater the difference between the age, the greater the difference between the positive rate. The positive rate of VCA-IgA antibody in EBV was significantly different in different age groups (χ ~ 2 = 55.797, P <0.01). The positive rate of VCA-IgA antibody increased with age. The positive rate of VCA-IgA antibody in EBV patients of different age groups was significantly different (χ ~ 2 = 19.845, P = 0.001 <0.01). The positive rate of female in the same age group was higher than that of male, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The positive rate of VCA-IgA antibody in EB virus in this area is related to gender and age. It is clear that people above 50 years of age should be the key screening target in this region. Women should also pay attention to the screening of Epstein-Barr virus infection.
