转炉、钢包、铁水包以及渣罐是炼钢单元承装钢水、铁水、渣的关键设备,由于承装流体,故其在工作倾转过程中重心变化复杂。本文介绍了一种计算装载液体的包罐类倾转设备重心及其倾动力矩的高效方法,该方法首先通过Inventor三维建模,再结合其Ilogic的编程功能进行参数化编程,计算准确度高,具有可移植性,大幅提高工作效率。该法对于设备设计和工艺操作都有一定借鉴意义。
Converter, ladle, ladle and slag tank are the key equipment for carrying molten steel, hot metal and slag in the steel making unit. Due to the load bearing fluid, the center of gravity of the converter is complicated during the tilting process. In this paper, an efficient method for calculating the center of gravity and the moment of tilting of a tank-type tilting equipment is introduced. The method is firstly programmed by Inventor and then combined with its Ilogic programming function, and the calculation accuracy is high , With portability, significantly improve work efficiency. The law for equipment design and process operations have some reference.
