我国是世界上进行鱼类繁殖规模最大、产量最高的国家。1998年,我国淡水鱼类人工繁殖的鱼苗数量超过2000亿尾。但是,在发展水产苗种生产过程中,由于旧生产意识的束缚和科学知识的贫乏,只注重生产规模的扩大,数量的增加,而对苗种质量管理的重视程度不够。人工繁殖中,近亲交配,逆向选择等现象普遍存在,人工繁殖的后代经济性状持续退化,这种状况在我省尤为严重。这种局面如不迅速扭转,不仅会影响我省水产养殖生产的持续发展,还将会严重威胁我国及我省的水产种质资源。

In 1998, the number of artificial breeding of freshwater fish in China surpassed 200 billion pieces. However, in the process of developing aquatic fingerlings, due to the restraint of old production consciousness and the scarcity of scientific knowledge, the focus is only on the expansion of production scale and the increase of quantity, but not on the quality management of seed. Artificial reproduction, inbreeding, adverse selection and other common phenomenon, the progeny of artificial reproduction of economic traits continued to deteriorate, this situation is particularly serious in our province. If this situation is not rapidly reversed, it will not only affect the sustainable development of aquaculture production in our province, but will also seriously threaten the aquatic germplasm resources of our country and our province.
