我国集中式空调系统生物污染问题日益严重,亟待解决。本文通过对集中式空调系统生物污染特征、防控技术及标准规范文献调研,系统分析了集中式空调系统中易于滋生微生物的部件及原因、生物污染物种类及现状,对我国的集中式空调系统生物污染相关标准规范进行概述,并在理论基础和工程实践两方面概括总结集中式空调系统生物污染防控主要技术,提出了微波法将成为防控技术热门研究方向的观点,主张应按照规范以更严格的措施来监测和控制集中式空调系统生物污染。本文旨在为解决由集中式空调系统带来的建筑生物安全问题提供理论与技术支持。
The problem of biological contamination of centralized air-conditioning system in our country is worsening and needs to be solved urgently. In this paper, the characteristics of biofouling in centralized air-conditioning system, research on prevention and control technology and standard specification literature are systematically analyzed. The components and their causes, the types and current status of bioconcentration of microorganisms in centralized air-conditioning system are systematically analyzed. Biofouling related standards and norms, and summarizes the main technologies of biofouling prevention and control of centralized air-conditioning system on both theoretical basis and engineering practice, puts forward the view that microwave method will become the hot research direction of prevention and control technology, advocates should follow the rules More stringent measures to monitor and control the air pollution of centralized air-conditioning systems. The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical and technical support for solving the problem of building biosafety brought by centralized air conditioning system.
