锂辉石——石灰石烧结法生产单水氢氧化鲤流程中,锂辉石精矿配加石灰石制备出合格生料浆以后,在回转窰内烧结为熟料,是本流程中关鍵的一步。烧成的好坏及化学反应的完全与否,关系到熟料的质量,直接影响以后的工艺过程和金属总回收率的高低。关于烧成化学反应的研究,国外文献报道不多,资料不系统。对鲤辉石——石灰石烧结主要化学反应,基本上有两种看法。1946年Nicholson在美国专利U·S2,413,644[1][2]中,推测在1100℃时,锂辉石——石灰石发生下列反应: Li_2O·Al_2O_3·4siO_2+9CaO=Li_2O+CaO·Al_2O_3+4[2CaO·SiO_2] (1)即在烧结时,生成游离的氧化锶,铝酸鈣和二鈣硅酸,也即在烧结过程中,发生了锂辉石中
