一、试验目的鉴定引进的大豆品种猴子毛和威来姆斯在我地区的适应性,探索其适宜的栽培技术措施。二、试验设计采用“三因素二水平”的正交表L4(2)~3安排试验。在我所海拔约930米的土质均匀的大块试验地中划出四个试验小区,每小区长20尺,宽15尺,面积0.05亩,每品种的两个小区交叉排列。因素水平表如下: 第二、获得了壮秆大穗的个体,促进了每穗小穗数和穗粒数的增加。由于肥土压苗后加厚了活土层,适当提高了土温,加上肥土中含有较丰富的养分,促进了冬前分蘖根的发生。根系的发展,又为地上部分的发展创造了良好条件。表现在株高,叶面积系数均有所增加,并增强了植株的抗倒伏能力,从而促穗大、粒多、如表Ⅲ。
