以预应力锚固技术在工程中的应用为研究对象,在理论与实践研究的基础上,通过试验研究和有限元分析方法相结合,对锚具锚固性能进行研究。依据对锚具进行静载锚固性能试验,测得相关的试验数据,从而为实现运用有限元分析锚具提供必要的数据支持。随后,运用ANSYS软件对锚具进行数值分析,获得在荷载状态下锚环和夹片的相互作用的状况,从而实现对锚具在整个实际张拉条件下的力学变化过程的进一步了解,该研究可为其他工程应用提供一定的指导,并为本研究项目的后续工作:锚固体系进行优化设计及锚具的最优设计方案提供理论依据和试验数据。
The application of prestressed anchorage technology in engineering is taken as the research object. Based on the theoretical and practical research, the anchorage performance of the anchorage is studied through the combination of experimental research and finite element analysis. Based on the static anchorage performance test of anchors, the relevant experimental data are measured, so as to provide the necessary data support for the use of finite element analysis anchors. Then, the ANSYS software was used to analyze the anchorage to obtain the interaction between the anchor ring and the clamp under load, so as to realize the further understanding of the mechanical change process of the anchor under the whole actual tension. It can provide some guidance for other engineering applications and provides theoretical basis and experimental data for the follow-up work of this research project: optimal design of anchoring system and optimal design of anchorage.
