本文对非智力因素对职业中专学校体育教学的影响进行分析,阐述了非智力因素及其在职业中专体育教学中的作用,认为非智力因素在职业中专学校体育教学中具有提供学习动力、提供内在潜能、融洽师生关系、培养适应能力等作用。提出《体育与健康》教学中发展学生非智力因素主要通过激发学生学习欲望、教材设置的改进与革新、组织教法的运用与创新等途径来实现,旨在为职业中专学校体育教师真正全面实施新课程提供参考借鉴。
