将106份粳稻滇1型不育系在温度明显不同的3个地点种植,研究其花粉败育的特点。结果表明:滇1型不育系的花粉以染败类型为主,而且在不同的温度条件下,染败率没有明显的变化,但典败率和园败率却因温度的不同而不同。生长在海拔400m的高温条件下,不育系的园败花粉率增高,典败花粉率降低;相反,生长在海拔1960m温度较低的昆明,典败花粉率增加而园败花粉率降低。本研究还发现虽然滇1型大多数不育系的花粉以染败为主(多于50%),但还是发现个别不育系的花粉染败率低于10%。
106 japonica rice Dian-1 type CMS lines were planted in 3 sites with significantly different temperature, and the characteristics of pollen abortion were studied. The results showed that the pollen types of Dian 1 CMS were dominated by stained types, and there was no obvious change in the pollination rate under different temperature conditions. However, the pollination rate and the runoff rate were different due to different temperature. Under the condition of high temperature of 400m, the pollen rate of garden rot increased and the pollination rate of classical pollen decreased. On the contrary, the pollen rate of pollination increased but the pollen rate of pollen decreased in Kunming, where the temperature was lower than 1960m. This study also found that although most of the pollen types of Dian 1-type CMS were dyed (more than 50%), the pollination rate of individual CMS lines was less than 10%.
