对大鼠横纹肌肉瘤模型行扩散加权(DW)和动态对比剂增强(DCE)磁共振成像,以检测单剂量和分次放疗后不同的肿瘤内改变。4只胁腹部横纹肌肉瘤的WAG/Rij大鼠接受8Gy的单剂量放疗,另4只接受分次放疗(5次3Gy)。接受单剂量放疗的大鼠,治疗2d内可见显著的灌注减少,之后缓慢恢复,没有明显的扩散
Diffusion-weighted (DW) and dynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE) magnetic resonance imaging of rat rhabdomyosarcoma models were performed to detect different intra-tumor changes after single-dose and fractionated radiotherapy. Four WAG / Rij rats with bullous rhabdomyosarcoma received a single dose of 8 Gy and the other 4 received fractionated radiotherapy (5 times 3Gy). Rats receiving single-dose radiotherapy showed marked reduction in perfusion within 2 days of treatment, followed by a slow recovery with no apparent spread
