研究气相温度脉动对碳黑成核与长大反应以及碳黑氧化反应的影响。计算结果表明,在气相平均温度为1 500~1 800 K的条件下,碳黑成核和表面长大过程以及碳黑氧化过程中碳黑质量分数的瞬时变化都受到气相温度脉动的影响,这种影响随气相温度脉动强度的增加而变大。在碳黑成核和表面长大过程中,气相温度脉动加快了碳黑成核和表面长大反应的进行,温度脉动强度的增加使得碳黑时均质量分数增加。在碳黑氧化过程中,气相温度脉动强度的增加导致碳黑时均质量分数减少,而时均颗粒数密度则有所增加。
The effects of gas phase temperature pulsation on nucleation and growth of carbon black and oxidation of carbon black were studied. The calculated results show that the instantaneous changes of the carbon black mass fraction in the process of nucleation and growth of carbon black and the oxidation of carbon black are influenced by the temperature fluctuation of the gas phase under the average gas phase temperature of 1 500 ~ 1 800 K. The influence increases with the increase of the pulsating intensity of the gas phase temperature. In the process of nucleation and surface growth of carbon black, the pulsation of the gas phase accelerates the nucleation and surface growth of carbon black, and the increase of temperature pulsation strength increases the average mass fraction of carbon black. During the oxidation of carbon black, the increase of pulsation intensity of gas phase leads to the decrease of the average mass fraction of carbon black and the increase of the number-average particle number density.
