为掌握驻某地区部队传染病的发病本底、分布特点及流行特征 ,对某地区部队及驻军医院 1991～ 1996年传染病报告情况进行了监测分析。结果表明 ,全区部队无甲类传染病 ;乙、丙类传染病中以肠道传染病为主 ,其中病毒性肝炎、细菌性痢疾、肺结核占传染病发病总数的 93 .95 %。统计分析了传染病漏报情况 ,并对部队传染病防治工作提出了建议。
In order to grasp the background, distribution characteristics and epidemic characteristics of the infectious diseases in a certain area, the surveillance and analysis of the infectious disease reports from 1991 to 1996 in some units and garrison hospitals in a certain area were conducted. The results showed that there was no class A infectious disease in the troops in the whole region. The main infectious diseases in group B and C were intestinal infectious diseases, of which viral hepatitis, bacillary dysentery and tuberculosis accounted for 93.95% of the total number of infectious diseases. The situation of omission of infectious diseases was statistically analyzed, and some suggestions were put forward on prevention and control of infectious diseases of troops.
