目的:探讨造影剂触发技术在320排CT冠状动脉成像检查中的应用价值。方法:对临床拟诊冠心病的240例患者接受CT血管造影(CTA)检查,其中自动跟踪智能触发组78例;手动触发组162例。根据BMI指数调节造影剂的用量与流率。自动跟踪智能触发组阈值设定为320HU,手动触发组根据患者心率情况,观察触发层面感兴趣区域的密度变化进行个性化手动触发。评价智能触发组与手动触发组对冠状动脉图像质量的影响。结果:手动触发能克服自动触发启动过早或过晚的问题,图像质量明显优于智能触发组,两组之间差异有统计学意义(x2=3.21,P<0.05)。结论:手动触发技术能获得满意的增强时相,有利于320排CT取得更好的冠状动脉CTA图像。
Objective: To investigate the application value of contrast-agent triggering technique in 320-slice CT coronary angiography. Methods: Two hundred and forty-four patients with clinically diagnosed CHD were examined by CT angiography (CTA). Among them, 78 were automatically triggered by intelligent triggering and 162 by manual triggering. Adjust the amount and flow rate of contrast media based on the BMI index. The threshold of the automatic tracking intelligent triggering group is set as 320HU, and the manual triggering group performs personalized manual triggering according to the patient’s heart rate and observing the density change of the region of interest on the triggering level. To evaluate the effect of intelligent trigger group and manual trigger group on coronary artery image quality. Results: Manual triggering could overcome the problem of too early or too late triggering of automatic triggering. The image quality was significantly better than that of the smart triggering group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (x2 = 3.21, P <0.05). Conclusion: The manual triggering technique can obtain a satisfactory enhancement phase, which is in favor of obtaining better coronary CTA images in 320-row CT.
