立平脂(Lipanthyl)是法国科尼药厂的产品,其结构式为2—[4—(4—氯苯酰基)苯氧基]2—2甲丙酸异丙酯。我院自1991年9月至1992年2月.曾应用立平脂治疗高脂血症50例.目的是观察用药后每周的降脂效果及副作用.结果报道如下:l材料与方法50例中男28例.女22例.年龄58～76a.平均66±7a;计原发性高脂血症31例.合并高血压14例.稳定型心绞痛或陈旧性心肌梗塞17例;继发性高脂血症19例.其中糖尿病11例,原发性病风2例.慢性胆襄炎、胆道结石6例。50例中23例为门诊病例.27例为住院病例。疗程4wk.采用立平脂单项药物前后自身对照观察。用药前2wk停用
Lipanthyl is a product of the Konecranes Pharmaceuticals of France and has the structural formula 2- [4- (4-chlorobenzoyl) phenoxy] -2-methylpropionate. Our hospital from September 1991 to February 1992. Li Lipin has been used in the treatment of 50 cases of hyperlipidemia.Objectives to observe the weekly lipid-lowering effect and side effects after treatment.Results reported as follows: l Materials and Methods 50 cases 28 males and 22 females, aged from 58 to 76 years with an average of 66 ± 7a, including 31 cases of primary hyperlipidemia, 14 cases of hypertension, 17 cases of stable angina pectoris or old myocardial infarction, 19 cases of hyperlipidemia, including 11 cases of diabetes, 2 cases of primary disease, chronic cholecystitis, 6 cases of biliary calculi. Of the 50 cases, 23 were outpatient cases and 27 were hospitalized cases. Treatment 4wk. Lipid single drug before and after its own control. 2wk disabled before treatment
