为了研究2800四辊轧机在工作辊服役后期“逆宽”轧制状态下的凸度控制问题,结合 大量的现场实测数据,运用变厚度平面有限元方法建立了专门针对2800四辊轧机的辊系变形 (即凸度预测)仿真模型.根据仿真计算结果,揭示出工作辊服役后期的“箱型”磨损辊形、钢板 宽度及轧制力等对钢板凸度的影响关系,并提出相应的生产中可行的控制措施.
In order to study the crown control problem of the 2800 four-high mill in “reverse wide” rolling state after the work roll was in service, combined with a large number of field measurement data, a rolling system specially designed for a 2800 four-high rolling mill was established by using the variable thickness planar finite element method Deformation (ie convexity prediction) simulation model. According to the simulation results, the relationship between the “box” wear roller shape, the width of the steel plate and the rolling force on the crown of the work roll was revealed after the work roll was put into service, and the corresponding control measures were put forward.
