鉴于一线市场生存环境越来越艰难,许多企业不得不考虑把渠道下沉,进军二三级市场。但企业如果没有做好充分的准备,一不小心就可能在渠道下沉中沉沦。进抑或不进,服装品牌企业不得不慎重抉择。
In view of the increasingly difficult environment in the first-tier markets, many enterprises have to consider sinking the channels into the secondary and tertiary markets. However, if the enterprise is not fully prepared, it may sink in the channel by accident. Into or not into the depression, clothing brand companies had to be cautious choice.
