农药行业由于其市场自身和农民消费的特点,相对其他行业发展缓慢。但历经多年市场竞争的洗涤,在生产创新和市场开拓意识方面,都比计划经济时期有长足的进步。随着国内外市场环境的变化和竞争的不断加剧,消费者的观念也已开始转变,品牌在市场竞争的作用渐渐显露,农药企业实施品牌战略正当其时。品牌战略的实施可从品牌塑造三要素:市场定位、质量控制和市场推广三方面着手,另外还要注意不断创新和加强品牌的法律保护。
