文章在分析全球七大板块间集装箱海运往来货流数据的基础上,分别从全球网络视角以及洲域内部视角,对集装箱海上运输空间格局的演化阶段进行梳理和划分。针对未来全球集装箱海运网络区域集中化的发展趋势,提出了我国政府层面的应对策略:完善国内企业经营环境;强化国内金融体系的支持;积极推动区域贸易发展;加快复合型高端人才培养。航运企业层面的应对策略:加强集装箱海运发展趋势研究;谨慎订造超大型集装箱船舶;积极开展航运企业间经营合作;加大集装箱运输市场资源的重视。港口企业层面的应对策略:提升港口集装箱服务能力;实现港口功能的合理布局;促进港口后方集疏运体系建设;积极开展区域内港口间的合作。
On the basis of analyzing the data of freight traffic between the seven major global seaborne containers, the article sorts and divides the stages of the evolution of container maritime transport space from the perspective of global network and the internal perspective of the continent. In view of the future trend of centralization of regional container shipping networks in the world, this paper proposes a countermeasure for our government at the government level: to improve the business environment of domestic enterprises; to strengthen the support of the domestic financial system; to actively promote the development of regional trade; and to speed up the cultivation of compound high-end talents. Strategy for Shipping Enterprises: Strengthen the research on the development trend of container shipping; cautiously order large-scale container ships; actively carry out business cooperation among shipping enterprises; and increase the importance of container shipping market resources. Strategy of the port enterprises: enhance the capacity of port container service; realize the rational distribution of port functions; promote the construction of the collection and distribution system behind the port; and actively carry out the cooperation among ports in the region.
