研究链球菌HlpA对HUVEC产生TNF-α的作用。用1929成纤维细胞的细胞毒实验检测TNF-α活性。链球菌HlpA(0-80μg/ml)在体外以剂量和时间依赖方式促进HUVEC过量产生TNF-α(P<0.05)。LTA和HlpA的混合物对TNF-α的产生呈协同增强作用(P<0.05);抗HlpA和肝素则起抑制作用。
The effect of Streptococcus HlpA on HUVEC producing TNF-α was studied. TNF-alpha activity was measured using 1929 fibroblast cytotoxicity assay. Streptococcus HlpA (0-80 μg / ml) promoted HUVEC over-production of TNF-α in a dose- and time-dependent manner (P <0.05). The mixture of LTA and HlpA showed a synergistic enhancement of the production of TNF-α (P <0.05), while the inhibition of HlpA and heparin.
