介绍了一种恒温恒湿空调机组节能改造实例:回收制冷系统的冷凝热量,替代现有电加热。对节能改造前后的运行数据进行研究分析,得出理论节能量和实测节能量数据具有一致性。节能改造实例表明:只要节能改造方案合理,回收恒温恒湿空调机组冷凝热量,替代现有的电加热和加湿,节能量能达到80%,局部的改造也能获得大收益。
An example of energy-saving retrofit of a constant temperature and humidity air conditioning unit is introduced. The condensing heat of the refrigeration system is recycled to replace the existing electric heating. The operating data before and after the energy-saving renovation research and analysis, draw the theoretical savings and measured energy-saving data is consistent. Examples of energy-saving retrofits show that as long as the energy-saving retrofit scheme is reasonable, the condensing heat of the constant temperature and humidity air conditioning unit can be recovered, and the energy saving can reach 80% instead of the existing electric heating and humidifying.
