该试验于1996年5~6月在山东省无棣县神内农牧结合示范中心苜蓿试验区进行。头茬苜蓿于盛花期收割,研究高、低含水量(从30%降到8%左右)条件下打捆对产草量和粗蛋白质(CP)产量的影响。研究雨淋对苜蓿干草整株和茎、叶的影响。结果表明。①随着打捆前含水量的逐渐下降,茎叶比显著增加(P<0.01),叶片损失率增大,其茎叶比与打扫前干物质的含量呈一元非线性相关,相关方程Y=3.5102×4.963+1.05。干草的CP含量显著降低(P<0.01),NDF、ADF含量显著上升(P<0.01),灰分含量变化不显著。②雨淋对苜蓿干草营养成分的影响很大,在相同含水量的情况下,雨淋干草整株的CP含量低于未淋干草(P<0.01),而前者的NDF、ADF含量又显著高于后者(P<0.01)。但雨淋干草茎、叶的CP、NDF、ADF含量与未淋者相近似,其间的差异均不显著(P>0.05)。③高水分打捆比传统的低水分打捆每亩产草量高107kg,于物质产量高44.9kg,粗蛋白产量高12.7kg
The experiment was carried out in alfalfa trial area of Shennong, Farming and Animal Husbandry Integrated Demonstration Center, Wudi County, Shandong Province from May to June 1996. In the first crop, alfalfa was harvested at full flowering stage. The effects of high and low water content (from 30% to about 8%) on the yield of grass and the production of crude protein (CP) were studied. The effects of rain on the alfalfa hay and its stems and leaves were studied. The results show. ①With the decreasing of water content before strapping, the ratio of stems to leaves increased significantly (P <0.01), the loss rate of leaves increased, and the ratio of stems and leaves to the dry matter before cleaning showed a one-dimensional nonlinear correlation. The correlation equation Y = 3.5102 × 4.963 + 1.05. The content of CP in hay decreased significantly (P <0.01), the content of NDF and ADF increased significantly (P <0.01), while the content of ash did not change significantly. (2) The influence of rain on the nutrient content of alfalfa hay was great. Under the same water content, the CP content of the whole hay was lower than that of the non-hay (P <0.01), while the NDF and ADF content of the former Significantly higher than the latter (P <0.01). However, the contents of CP, NDF and ADF in stems and leaves of rain-dried hay were similar to those of non-hay, but the differences were not significant (P> 0.05). ③ high-moisture bundles than traditional low moisture baling per acre high yield 107kg, the material yield of 44.9kg, crude protein yield 12.7kg
